New Daily Sudoku

New Daily Sudoku is built around the calendar. Every day brings new puzzles, and the calendar lets you go back and play the boards from previous days as well, so missing a day does not mean missing its puzzle.

The rules are the classic ones. You place numbers in a 9×9 grid so that each column, each row and each 3×3 box holds the numbers 1 to 9, and no number can appear twice in any of them. If the puzzles feel too easy, the difficulty can be adjusted, which makes the same daily habit work for beginners and for players who want a harder board.

This is a SOFTGAMES release with its own daily set. If you are looking for this site’s own daily board with five difficulty levels and an archive, that is Daily Sudoku; New Daily Sudoku is a separate game you can keep alongside it.

Controls

Click or tap a box, then choose the number to place; use the calendar to change days.

How to Play

  1. Open today's puzzle, or pick an earlier day from the calendar.
  2. Set the difficulty if the board is too easy or too hard.
  3. Place numbers so no row, column or 3x3 box repeats a digit.
  4. Finish the grid and come back for the next day's puzzle.

Tips & Tricks

Use the calendar to catch up on days you missed before raising the difficulty. Several boards at one level build the habit faster than one board at a level that is too hard.
